Den Blaa Cafe - Slagelse

The menu boasts about the quality of their meat. It turns out to be inedible, literally. They even refused to strike the steak off the bill, despite the cook agreeing that it was mostly sinew. Apparently, if they gave away every meal they deemed inedible they'd go out of business. And that's pretty much a quote. When serving the other meals on the menu they seem to do ok. But it's canteen food at restaurant prices. There are other cheaper and significantly better options in the area.

Grim and uninventive food, inedible steak, from a chef who should perhaps try something else for a living. Staff tried hard but had an impossible job.

Beautiful and friendly staircase. had a steak and it was good meat with big spice. combined with the fresh vegetables makes a great meal children enjoyed their fish with fries much too, was a while ago I saw them eat this well
