Everything minus the pulled pork is frozen or from a can. The steak bites everyone love precooked marinated steak heat and serve. I know a few people who worked there. I know you use pioneer packet white gravy and brown gravy your gumbo is using a packet roux you add water chicken and sausage to that's not scratch. It’s a bar, if you’re digging some whiskey it’s awesome. If you’re looking to have a conversation with someone it’s much too loud.
