The Wine Garden - Slidell

I had a good experience with the staff and enjoyed the great atmosphere. We're willing to overlook the less-than-exciting charcuterie board. Food: 3/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 4/5. Overall, it was a nice visit!

The name of the institution is fraudulent. no real lists only 1 or 2 options of any type without information where it's out. (probably because it's all cheap) they have more cocktail options. eating is not well seasoned, but the app and dessert were good, the fish could be frozen and the green beans seemed skillful. overall it was 't bad, so I don't give a lower rating, it just seems that they cut many corners, so there is no wise that I call it 5 stars eating. when we were dessert served, we asked for Desserts wine, we were told that they did not have one, and the owner told the server to recommend a moscato, we asked to speak with him, but he never came to the table, although he went through the dining room many times. everything was clean, even if the decor was a hodge podge of styles. overall, not the month spent, I would recommend to pay for some advice on their weinlist.

I would say that the crying is the weakest aspect. Other than that, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the outdoor seating area is charming.

Have been many times. Heard they had a new chef and wanted to get something new. Ordered the fillet special and the stuffed double pork chop.. only one hostess, bartender,waitress made service a bit slow. Had to ask for refills on the water, it was a hot day and we were thirsty. Dinner took so long we finished both glasses of wine. Finally it was brought out by the manager. Steak was good but needed more seasoning. Porkchop had a wonderful glaze probably from a small torch. However, the meat was cooked to the point where it had no juice and was a bit tough. Pork is safe at 145, this was closer to 160 and well done. Strongly suggest cooking it to a lower temp that is still safe, but much more enjoyable

Very pricey and the food isn't good, shrimp tacos with no flavor at all!Doesn't have variety of wine something we were expecting because of the place name!
