Henrys - Sligo

Mixed reviews from our visit on Sunday. The waiter was a lovely man who was very pleasant and kind. We thought that the food was nice enough However quite small portions. The area that we were surprised by was the cost. I ordered a chicken dish that came with chips and I asked to change to chunky instead of skinny. When paying I had being charged extra for the chips the skinny chips were not there only the chunky)making my meal which I thought was far far too much! Definitely did not think it was worth the money.

Stopped at Henry's for a spot of lunch and was greeted by a very nice lady who showed us to a table and took our order and was so helpful. The food was very filling and we enjoyed every mouthful. It is lovely to see a business employ older people with nice manners and know how to treat there customers.

We visited Henry's on way from Donegal to Sligo. Lovely place, food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly. Also, great value for money. I would thoroughly recommend it!

Do not drive on by if you come across this fabulous restaurant!!..Fabulous food..friendly staff. One of the nicest meals out ever!!

My partner and I had dinner this evening, service was good for main brew and drinks. asked waitress on dessert menu and waited over 10 minutes when we had to call them back on menu. she called out the dessert menu to...we asked her again for a copy of the Dessert menu and finally she gave us a menu. I order a coffee and she served it. 2 desserts ordered, 15 minutes waiting, just another waitress called to say there was a mix with our 2 desserts. she made a complaint to other employees and she did not even offer a free coffee or dessert. I do not recommend this restaurant as there was still a serious problem with waitress. very disappointed, had to go to another restaurant dessert.
