Nice staff. Nice food and drink. The mens toilets need gutting and replacing....or at least the cubicles do. It lets down an otherwise very good pub!!

Really lovely get together with friends. Food came out exactly when we asked for. They were really accommodating to all requests. We were served by Amber all night and she completely made our experience ensuring our drinks were always topped up and running all of our food with a smile! We had pre booked the festive menu and it was lovely. We definitely will come back next year for a festive meal, and again soon for the normal menu as the food coming out looked great too! Thank you very much

Lovely service. Great value for money, prices from the 90’s. Had to wait a little while for our food but it was worth the wait.

Awful. Yet again. Another week of not being able to have any food due to the kitchen being shut. No notices to tell the customers that the kitchen was closed and menus still on all tables. Such a shame as previous we have had so many lovely meals in there but just the pub in general has seemed to of lacked a lot of normal things that should generally be put in place. Also there was glass all over the front of the pub wjere the benches are I had to pull out a shard of glass from my shoe as it got stuck in there! As it's a pet friendly pub (not in the restaurant) I would be so upset if a dog got glass in their paws. It's such a shame how badly this place has gone down hill. Not to do woth the staff, just management. Total lack of guidance responsibility

What can I say disgusting the kitchen is not open. I have been coming here for years. Surely the Manager can cook. Not a sign of him.i have booked for the 17th December and for Xmas day . I am now cancelling both bookings as I have no confidence that the kitchen will be open and I have family coming a distance. Decided to go to the Kings Head as they had more of a clue on what was going on. Hopefully I will get my £40 deposit back from the Earl for my Xmas day lunch. You can't blame the staff.
