Favourites Dessert Lounge - Slough

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made a mistake with my order and were rude when I brought it to their attention. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There are many better dessert options in the area.

I placed an order from this restaurant through Just Eat. After 45 minutes, I received a confusing phone call from them stating that the delivery had been made, but Just Eat had not logged it. They changed the delivery time and 30 minutes later, the delivery driver was shown leaving for a journey that should have taken 5 minutes at most. An hour later, the driver had still not arrived. I tried calling the restaurant, but they did not answer and I could not leave a message. I tried calling the person who had called me earlier, but encountered the same issue. I messaged them and received no reply. Thirty minutes later, Just Eat updated to say the order had been delivered, which it had not. I was charged £15 and received nothing in return. Terrible service and I do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a crep a few days ago with white chocolate and flake and vanilla icecream and I was very disappointed as I wasn’t sure if the crep was cooked properly or if it was supposed to be like that? The icecream was really nice! But the crep tasted almost fake like cardboard and very chewy.. good icecream and staff were very nice tho!

I have tried to order from these on Just Eat several times over the last couple of weeks. At first they stated it was unavailable ;however, over the last couple of days they have cancelled my order without an explanation. What is the point in offering a service you cannot deliver.

Got a crepe with Nutella and strawberry’s chocolate was cheap and strawberries were mushed) Bounty milkshake tasted dreadful and this isn’t the first bad review we’ve had for these when they swapped our dessert for another random one without telling us and not even refunding is. Over priced
