New Oceans - Slough

Went here today and spent £21, we have been coming here for 20 years. It has changed hands and I can honestly say this is the worst food I have ever eaten or at least attempted to eat, the bin saw 95% of the food, I complained to the management and told him the food is disgusting. Basmati egg fried rice, cold congealed food. Ribs that had more fat than meet, chilli beef in what can only be described as cold gravy with no taste. Waste of money and fuel going to get it. DO YOURSELVES A HUGE FAVOUR AND AVOID!!!!!!

Really good local Chinese. Can't fault the food it was delicious and good value. I ordered the vegetable chow mein, and like the rest of the food we ordered, it came in substantial size portions. I would have given 5 stars, but had to mark down because we ordered egg fried rice, but were given boiled rice instead. But regardless, the food was very good will definitely be visiting again.

Good place to call if you are staying at Holaday Inn Express but a little difficult to find. Come out of the hotel and walk cross the road and walk to the left past the garage. About 400 yards on the right you will see a path going into the estate and passes some shops on the right. This is the place and the owner is very friendly. I always have the Singapore noodles #43 which are always good.

Had chilli beef , which was perfect, sweet n sour chicken balls, lovely great sauce, chicken chow main very tasty, great curry sauce, will defo visit again

Such a perfect Chinese takeaway with very tasty, very well prepared authentic food! At a very fair price. Hidden behind a 6' wall is the New Ocean takeaway? Don't be put off by the surrounding area, this is a real oasis of delight. And has always delivered for us over the last 14yrs. A real treat!
