So I used to come to this place every week to get my coffee and toast... well this morning was a disgrace my order was taken and I was told they had sour dough bread then after my coffee was ready and nearly stone cold they told me they ran out of sour dough and to get raisin toast instead which I didn't really want and they didn't even butter it... this place has bad service and customer service they don't know what each other are doing and while I was in there 3 orders where done wrong.... DONT GO THERE!!

Honestly the best place to get coffees, team is always smiling and happy to be serving customers. The presentation and customer service I receive is always outstanding!! Definitely will be coming back soon and will let my family and friends know where to go to get the best customer service !

Staff were busy having their own conversations, counter top was dirty. Cashier didn't want to be working. There was no eye contact or pleasantries (I'm not expecting red carpet service but a smile won't hurt). Our coffees were practically thrown on the table (skillful that the lady didn't spill them). First time visit and my last. The beverage was OK but was overshadowed by the poor customer service. Felt like I was an unwanted house guest. Needless to say we didn't stay long.
