Horrible. When you ask for a bagel, you have to specifically ask them to toast it or they just cut a hard bagel.And throw cream cheese all over it

The lady working was the sweetest human being alive. We were missing an item and she was very accommodating.

I thought I had already experienced the worst DD in New England. That is until being served here. It was borderline traumatic, between being yelled at for my order and lectured about the poor management by the ONLY person working there I don't think it could have been much worse. I am only giving two stars out of sympathy for the woman working there on a Sunday by HERSELF, and even then...it still doesn't deserve 2 stars.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was at drive thru for 5 MINUTES and NO ONE greeted me to even say “we’ll be right with you.” So I went inside and STILL NO ONE acknowledged me!!! The lady who made my coffee looked at me and out my coffee down. Didn’t say it was mine or anyone else’s. Terrible

Hire more workers or workers who know what they’re doing 20 minute wait for one iced coffee is crazy.
