Dunkin' - Smithfield

Got up before the kids to surprise them with the spider donut. I was given two donuts without the legs. Two orange frosted donuts with chocolate munchkins in the middle. The employee also stacked the two donuts on top of each other. One donut has no frosting, and the other has double.

Ok I know that this particular location receives many poor reviews but I just needed to share. Thanks to the young man taking/serving my order in the drive up window this morning. The comic relief was much appreciated! We had a little difficulty with my coffee order, **** happens, but when we got to the window and he totally took responsibility and knocked his head saying oh darn it (edited for the review) i all but cried laughing!! He could have had an attitude but he rolled with it and made me laugh out loud. Thanks young man in the drive up. I appreciate you!!

You ask for your order, and they will mess it up.. The coffee is always off. For example: I asked for a med, French vanilla, ice coffee, with cream, no sugar. They: give me French vanilla, iced with (3 shots of vanilla swirls??? Why? Making the coffee so sweet that it is unbearable ? to drink. I'm not going back again.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state… every time I come here they mess up my order, and I wait for like 10 minutes for a coffee

Careless employee(s), no slips to match up with the correct orders. Unbelievable
