Dairy Queen - Smiths Falls

Hot day...need some thing cool. service is terrible, understaffed, poorly trained. Gave up waiting while being ignored by staff.

They only hire one gender... that’s not right. management needs to get their priorities straight....

I have been stopping at this restaurant on my way to the cottage for 40 years, and I have never seen a single male employee. If the roles were reversed and a business only hired males, there would be serious repercussions.

I have noticed inconsistency in the size of their dilly bars. Honestly, for the price they charge, it's not worth it.

They were swamped the night we went in and the ladies in there served us and got us our treats in a surprisingly short time frame. Each exactly as ordered (two picky kids) and hit the warm night very happy.
