Kfc - Smiths Falls

The KFC app wouldn’t work. Even after I reinstalled it. KFC chat online on messenger could not fix this after messaging twice over 2 months. The staff at KFC at Smiths Falls wouldn’t let me get a bucket of chicken in the drive thru for 1/2 price when I told them the app didn’t work. Don’t waste your time trying to order from here. There are no deals without ordering on the app, which never works. Prices too expensive without a sale. Poor customer service.

This place was very expensive ,,,young staff who didn't want to be there had the attitude didnt care. Will be glad once Poppieds comes . Give KFC and run for there money ..

Haven't had KFC in a long time and it was better then I remembered.

There was more sauce on the outside of the wrapper than in my wrap.

Ordered a 4 piece dark meat only for coleslaw from Brodie. Received white meat with macaroni! KFC Macaroni salad is not fit for human consumption. White meat is dry not what I requested. Discovered errors after returning home!
