McDonald's - Smiths Falls

The burger was served warm, but the fries were cold. The staff at the drive-thru were not very personable. Overall, the dining experience was not great. I would rate the food 2 out of 5 stars.

It took a bit longer than I had anticipated to place my order, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. However, the burger was delicious and arrived quickly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

The food was delicious and the drive-through worker provided excellent service. However, the manager and another employee were seen lounging around and chatting instead of helping out. I would not recommend those two individuals for any position except for the drive-through worker, who I would hire on the spot. The other two appeared lazy and unprofessional. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

Disappointing. The ordering panels didn’t work right, the staff showed no interest in helping when we indicated the problem we had, and the food was either greasy or dried out. It was our second try at this location. I doubt there will be another attempt.Food: 2/5

Unfriendly service and really bad quality food. Long wait times, POS and pop machines are broken or don't work the way they are suppose to.Been there now twice, will never go back again.Food: 1/5
