Feedback gevenI was recently invited to a friend’s place for a steak dinner. After only a few bites, I couldn’t resist asking where the steak came from. It came from Valley Custom Cutting. It was honestly the best steak I have ever had (and I have had amazing steaks in high end steakhouses). Since then I have tried some of their other products (Valley Broils, Stuffed Chicken Breast) and was extremely pleased with all of them. The service is friendly and very accommodating. I live in Aylmer Quebec over an hour away from Valley Custom Cutting and it is well worth every minute of the drive.
I picked up some AAA rib eye steaks to smoke and they were incredible. We all agreed they were the best steak we’ve ever had- tons of flavor! Plus my dog loved the HUGE raw dog bones they have- only $6 too!
The service here is second to none! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the meat is awesome! I highly recommend the northern AAA rib-eye and the valley broils, also the deli meat is great and the stuffed chicken!
I stopped in today on my way back to Ottawa and was pleasantly greeted after I walked in. The meat looked delicious and after just finishing dinner I am very impressed! We had the local rib eye steaks, tenderloin (filet mignon) and a surprising broccoli cheddar sausage. I had to try the sausage of course and it wasn't half bad. I like spicy sausage so I might not be a good judge, it was full of flavour and a must try. The filet was over the top melt in your mouth delicious!! This is of course partly because of my cooking skills of course! I coated the rib eye in Montreal steak spice and let them sit for 30 min on the counter. I then seared them on the BBQ and cooked them on low heat for 10 minutes. They were perfect rare steaks. Thanks again for the great experience today and I will definitely be back for more.
I bought a AAA prime rib for a dinner party and it was spectacular!! Thank you for the suggestions and the cooking tips, all turned out wonderfully. Highly recommend a visit.
