1 star never seen a Denny’s close shouldn’t even have the name Denny’s especially at a truck stop terrible I planned my stop here around having dinner at Denny’s. I don’t have time on the road to check hours for Denny’s. Wth Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

However, as I waited for my meal, I saw other customers who arrived after me receiving their orders while I sat there for a full 45 minutes without any updates. The waitress never checked in to see how I was doing or if my order was on the way, even though the restaurant was not busy. Eventually, another waitress came by and asked if I was being taken care of. I explained that the first waitress had already taken my order. It turned out that the first waitress had miscommunicated, claiming she didn't know why I was still waiting. This was frustrating, especially since she was the one who had seated me in the booth. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and communication in an establishment like Denny's. I genuinely feel sorry for the other hardworking employees who have to deal with this kind of situation.
