Feedback gevenI love sonic so much the service was great because of mvp Layla Newby! I tipped her $10 and she gave me my food, hopped in my car, drove me home, tucked me into bed, and kissed me goodnight.
Has to be the longest I've ever waited for a drink and still had to drive off because I was late getting back from lunch even though I paid! I waited with the stall queued in on their buzzer for at least five minutes while I heard a employee talking to the car next to me with the most foul mouth I've ever heard after pushing the button another time they finally answered just to be rude like I was inconveniencing them, I paid for my drink it said on the screen my order was on its way by my carhop well that screen went away and noone brought my drink I finally had to give up trying to get a drink as i am a contractor and had time sensitive material i had to get back to attend to. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and I used to run a sonic drive in I know what it takes to make this happen it's chaos to say the least at some times in these stores but this sonic literally had four cars in the parking lot I know this is a disgrace to sonic drive ins and the management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to take place if i could rate it a zero i would
