Feedback gevenFirst step out I must give the wonderful staff at the location smyrna on sam ridley blvd a great scream to help me. as a cancer patient who has been on chemo for 31 months, my vision and memory occasionally becomes really bad. during my visit at this place I had a short attack I had helped by two employees. thanks! the bark n cheddar combo was hot and tasty as well as my curly fryed. clean restaurant and friendly, helpful and respectful staff. arby will see my business regularly.
I ordered a beef gyro, they gave a roast beef instead, ordered cheese tick, did not get them and curly fries, for regular fries instead, very disappointed
Great experience, we had just arrived in the area with our truck and 5th wheel camper, and the Arby 's parking lot was really big. We had no problem parking. We got inside and a girl behind the counter greeted us as we ducked into the bathroom to wash our hands. It was nice to be in an Arby 's that didn 't have locks on the bathrrom doors. When it was our turn to order, this beautiful woman named Patrice got us taken care of, and the food was excellent. Everything looked like it does in the display. The food was hot and the fries were fresh. I was so happy. The girl took her time too. I asked for two horsey sauce and four Arby 's sause and that 's what she did. Most times in other locations they just drop a bunch of both in the bag, and we 're like, Well, all this is going to waste. My wife says we need to stop back by this location on our way out of town as we continue our camping vacation.
Dining room closed on friday night about 7pm because they got a supply truck in huh ?? No sign on the door indicating same had kids with us... . I felt like an inconvenience to the mgr. drive thru person. This store should could be killing it but I guess it 's just enuf profit to keep the senior bosses happy. $27 for 3 'small size condo 's not a great value, btw...
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Placed order pulled up to the window the guy had no idea what I ordered. Handed me the wrong drinks took the drinks back to give me the right one. Manager comes to window ask what I ordered. Asked if I paid close window. Waited for 5 minutes to receive my order my the classic roast beef ordered. Order 6 piece wings to get wind that was not tossed but placed in box and sauced poured in box. Drive back around to let management know the order was wrong no apology or let's us make it over. He said so what do you want? An apology you will make it over or would you like your money back. I gave him receipt asked for money back plus GM name. He closed the window. Open the window to hand me the receipt and gift card stated GM NAME and she will be there in the morning. I stated to him that's not how a manager act and his name. He gave his name and shut the window again in my face. Don't go to this Arby's
