Atlanta Bread Company - Smyrna

This is my favorite ABC restaurant, especially since many have shut down after the pandemic. This location has a cozy and welcoming vibe, and their sandwiches and salads are always outstanding. The customer service is also exceptional. They offer a private area for groups, making it a perfect option for business lunch meetings!

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, often ordering takeout by phone. Recently, I decided to try placing my order online and went for the three bread bowls with soup. Normally, the bread bowls are perfectly toasted, making them ideal for holding the soup. Unfortunately, this time, it seemed like I was served bread that was older and not fresh—it was soft instead of toasted. It felt as if it had been microwaved to heat it up, but it simply lacked the right texture. I ended up cutting the bread into pieces instead. While the taste was decent, it didn't match the high quality I've come to expect.

Delicious food and outstanding customer service! We had a wonderful time during our visit. I enjoyed everything, but my top favorites were definitely the chai latte and the tomato basil soup.
