Subway - Smyrna

The restaurant needs to improve their cleanliness standards, particularly by ensuring that knives are cleaned between customers. The staff seem to be just going through the motions, lacking genuine engagement. It’s easy to see how they ended up in this situation.

The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. This was my first visit, and I had a great experience.

I never had any issues ordering food before, but this time was a disaster. The app and the sandwiches were both disappointing. I ordered the cold cut combo, but several meats were missing, and there was no cheese at all. The other sandwich, the Ultimate Cheesy Cheeseball, was also a letdown; it didn’t have any cheese and was served on a wrong garlic roll instead of the Italian one it was supposed to be on. To top it off, I ordered two bags of chips, but they weren't even included in the bag. I had to go back to work to check everything, which was a hassle. I won’t be using the app again.

Good sandwiches, large selection of toppings, nice service. a little dirty. we had to get a jerk to get our table. floor felt glue near the beverage machine.

Really nice place I'd say they're better than the subway I usually go to in Camden. Their bread is top notch and really flavorful, I think they add more herbs to the Italian herb and cheese bread than other places. Overall clean place with fantastic air conditioning.
