Humidor Cigar Lounge - Snellville

My boy put me on to this spot. I'm not that big on smoking cigars, but this place is more than just a cigar bar. It's very well ventilated, so you don't have to worry about getting smoked out. I didn't eat, but the food looked amazing. I'll definitely go back to try the food.

First time here came for the brunch. Started on time food was ok but a lil crossing over for those that don't eat meat. They were short staff a lot of the drinks they didn't have. They ranned out of orange juice, also they don't have a great selection of cigars. No prices on the cigars once you get to the register they scan the cigar. For a Tatiana it was $11.83 gave her a $20 then she went on to say I don't have change. So i waited so she can get my change, then she asked me where am I sitting. I proceed to tell her let's just say I couldn't been short on my bill. Wasn't to crowded but for this to be a big event every month. I think they could have been more organized. Then have the nerve to add gratuity for one person. Sad part I was going to tip more than what they took. One bartender 3 waitress ?then also for dessert only certain customers were served dessert but other than that not my vibe. Could be better hope management take these reviews into consideration. I doubt it because management is very rude won't be back.

Humidor is a Cigar lounge that I always visit and take friends to. Everything had always been great, Food, service, hospitality and great vibes. But lately I have notice the service deteriorating, the bar takes for ever I understand the fact that they are very busy) and the worst is when you sit outside on the patio, I have had to go inside to ask for service on two good occations after sitting for about 20 minutes.I hope the management can find a solution to this problem because it is a great place to smoke cigar and relax.Parking: Lots of parking space

A MUST READ......My other half and I arrived here a little while ago and sat ourselves outside. We could not get any service at all!!! The waitress came out to check on some people and one of them was directly across from us. She never turned to acknowledge us, my other half kept calling her and she went inside. After several attempts he managed to finally get her attention when she came to assist yet another table. He had to ask her to wipe our table because we had just arrived, and he had to ask for an ashtray. We started feeling like we were just being ignored period! It's not like it's crowded in here so you should know when someone new sits down. The service tonight is horrible. This is not our first time here. DO BETTER WITH YOUR SERVICE AND TREAT EVERY CUSTOMER FAIR.
