Longhorn Steakhouse 5022 - Snellville

Had a nice delicious meal Sunday with my friend. Johnathan gave us excellent service. I was already at many Longhorn restaurant, but this location has one of the most impressive Longhorn bulls above the bar as most!

The food was delicious! But we had to ask who the server is and when we would get drinks. Later it was found that our server was also the bartender. But there were other employees standing around talking. I asked one of the employees for honey, she answered, I don't think we have honey. I asked another employee who seemed to help the other employees. He said he'd get something for me. They are not underaffected, but need improvement in customer service. Eating is good.

While it's fresh. After 30-40 minutes waiting for the waiting list. When we got there, the list won't wait. We then continued, about 25-30 people go and sit in different small groups. When then asked what was going on and saw that we were not even on the list. We literally sat in the restaurant overlooking the host who took our name and number all the time. Hadn't seen this kind of ridiculous in a long time. When I write that, we still haven't got a call.

I never really have a bad meal here! However, this place has some of the friendly staff! Our server had the greatest smile. And our hostess was so attentive. Even asked if the light was enough or too much. It was sunny this day. Great job Longhorn!

Had Steak last night at another location..needed to change it up and The shrimp and rice was excellent for my diet tonight.....great service..!
