Starbucks Coffee - Snellville

My espresso was really sweet today. I only added three pumps of classic syrup, but they must have added around eight pumps. This has happened many times before. Unfortunately, they can't provide an accurate count because there are no numbers on the label.

I was in last night. They forgot about my drink order, 70% of pastries were sold out. To top it all off we got there close to 7, i got my drink maybe 15 min later and i started to feed my baby his bottle when the woman working tells us they are closing in 10 min!! No explanation just that they are closing in 10 min lol maybe someone should have let me know before i ordered and started feeding my 8 month old and got comfortable.. what a waste of time and money. Target sb is better.

Absolutely love this location! The baristas are so friendly and sweet! I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but there wasn?t any vanilla syrup (i?m a partner too at a different location. i wasn?t upset at all because i?ve done it too, super easy fix! when I went in to get some added, the guy at the counter was the sweetest! complemented my hair color and added the vanilla, no problem! I wish I caught his name bc it really made my day! I?ve always had great drive thru experiences as well! I?m super shy and I always feel very welcomed here. Thank you for being so awesome!

Oh wow!!! My usual Starbucks in Loganville has closed, so I've been going to the one in Snellville. I really dislike the long lines, BUT the barista was fantastic. He made the wait much more bearable. He recognized the delay and appreciated my loyalty. He even suggested some breakfast sandwiches, and I’m glad he did. Thanks, Snellville Starbucks!

I went in to place an order, but they didn't have any of the food items I wanted available. That's alright; I just ordered a coffee instead. However, I had to wait around 25 minutes for it, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong drink. Shortly after I received it, a young lady came over to tell my friend and me that they were closing early at 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, I've consistently had a negative experience at this Starbucks.
