Feedback gevenI know better than to keep giving this location another chance. The owner of this location should probably focus on the store a little more. Countless times.... Tenders and wedges for two.... Ugh. Scrawny half pieces of tough chicken included with a few decent pieces. The wedges are the same.... A few decent pieces in with the dried leather. I ordered a pair of apples pies on this one. Was asked to pull over, would take about 4 minutes. I waited 12 minutes then had to get out of car and walk in and ask what's up. Always an issue at this KFC. I'll learn to go somewhere else now that I had to take the time and put in a review. I hate having to write this kind of thing. I own a small business so I get it but it's apparent the owner isn't really watching his store. Just counting the money I guess.
Had a fantastic experience with Morgan. She was positive and responsive, even going out of her way to help make our KFC dinner night easier! Efforts like this are rare in her industry and I appreciate it. Now for the four stars instead of five and the reason why I had to interact with her by phone in the first place. The KFC app is okay but still needs work. You cannot edit an individual item. Example, you order the Football Pack but one of your family members is allergic to or does not like pickles and or mayonnaise. There is no way to delete condiments from an individual sandwich. All in all a positive experience.
Ordered food via Postmates. One of my items was missing so I tried to call but there was no answer. So I drove to the store to get the rest of my order. I also asked to have the other part of my order replaced as it would be close to 2 hours from the time it was prepared to when I got home. The manager was so off putting in her response. She said take it up with whoever you took the order with handed me a cup n said to fill it over there . My biggest issue w the whole thing was the lack of customer service and how off putting the manager was. Very disappointed
Just went throught the drive-thru and ordered a 3 piece meal and 2 famous bowls. Meal only came with 2 pieces and the drink had no ice in it. For the famous bowls they cut up one chicken strip and threw it in the bowl. Very disappointing because I waited so long for my food.
Bad experience with this store. I ordered a 3-piece meal on 7/21/22 and when I got home the order had only 2 pieces. At the time of the order the store was empty and it was literally only me and the two ladies working in the store at the time so room for error should not be there. I filed a case with KFC on the same day 7/21/22 (Case #01065133). On 8/1/22, I received an email from Candy at KFC requesting the following information: Store Location Address: Store Location: Store Location State: Store Location Zip Code: Guest Full name: Guest Address: Guest City: Guest State: Guest Zip Code: Too much to ask for including personal information but anyways I chose to respond to Candy and provide the details. This was on the same day 8/1/22. On 8/13/22, I sent a follow up email to Candy to no avail. Fast forward, here we are approaching end of the month with no response from KFC or even acknowledgement that they received my emails. Enough said. Nick
