Base Camp Grill - Snowmass Village

No menus were offered, only barcodes. the price range has specified nine and more. the most expensive item in the menu was 18. most dishes were small and overpriced. service was moderate. I had a little salad for $23 without meat. restaurant of the basic camp the chocolate dish was also very small. the menu has shown online what is four years old and the prices were double of what we are specified. also most elements in the menu online we are not available on the new menu.

Bar tenders and overall service is absolutely terrible. Bar tenders are rude. Left after waiting at the bar for over 30 minutes without the bar tender even making eye contact with us. The bar back was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him for asking if we were in the right spot to order.Worst spot in Snowmass, especially for Fat Tuesday. Go to Venga Venga and you’ll actually enjoy your vacation.

Overpriced. Food was like going to a Fridays or Applebees. Nothing to get excited about. The restaurant was not busy and most tables were empty. Host kept trying to put us in a table in the entry way or at a tiny table even though there were four of us. Booths were wide open the whole time we were there. Maybe he was waiting for a mad rush of large groups of people. Not worth the price for food- the only thing good was the location.

Lazy inattentive staff. On their phones for 15 min. without being spoken to. Dramatic drop in service quality.

Awesome food and phenomenal service. They were quick and attentive. Constantly checked in to see how we were. We’ve eaten at many great places in Aspen Snowmass and this is one we’d go back to no question.
