Feedback gevenThe food was warm but the plate was cold, which was off-putting. The mashed potatoes were served with a scooper—something I thought was only used in high school cafeterias or prisons. The vegetable medley included baby carrots, which showcased some knife skills, but the entire dish lacked any real flavor. The bread was store-bought focaccia, not fresh. On a positive note, the wine was good and served at the right temperature, prompting me to get a second glass. Overall, it was a significant disappointment. The prices do not reflect the culinary skills of this restaurant. For the same amount in Aspen, you could enjoy a much better meal. However, if you have plenty of cash and a less discerning palate, this might still be the place for you. Hats off to the staff for their friendliness and professionalism.
