The server told me EVERY topping on the sandwich, EVERY topping on the chili, then it comes out with an unannounced pickle, ruining everything. Restauranteurs: just put the pickles on the menu! All of you! Start doing this and stop sabatoging my lunch with pickle-landmines! Kick the habit it is SO infuriating!
They have a new menu involving a fairly extensive Barbecue menu from Steve Raichlin’s Planet Barbecue. Wow what change! We chowed on brisket and pulled pork with sides of slaw, potato salad, roasted corn, barbecue beans … terrific chili and a large drink menu. Really, a hidden gem in the Skico’s arsenal of good eateries on the mountain!
Felt like I was back home. Clean and well managed restaurant. Shared a cheese enchilada plate with my partner. The margaritas were well balanced and the enchiladas were creamy and flavorful. Will definitely be coming back again.
Great lesser known ingress and egress to Snowmass Mountain ski area. If you want to drive, but don't want the expense or hassle of entering through the main resort, this is your spot.It is a little slow compared to the Villages, but for some people that's a plus
