So I really do appreciate awesome customer service and Ron Ronald) our waiter was phenomenal and honestly one of the best server dining experiences I've had. Diego who was helping out as was great as well. Prices weren't extreme for a resort and the food was good. Sorry forgot to take the photos of the food at the beginning

My favorite spot for lunch while skiing! It is a bit pricey, but the food is incredibly delicious. The bar has a decent selection, and the staff are always very friendly. I haven't skied in several years, but I was thrilled to find that the quality is still excellent!

There are many dining options available at Snowshoe, but finding a place that offers both great food and an outstanding experience can be a challenge. Ron is the person you need to see for both. From the moment we arrived, Ron put us at ease and expertly kept the meal and conversation going. The food was delicious, but Ron's hospitality truly made our experience exceptional.

Alex was truly the best server I've ever encountered. If she's not earning $57.36 an hour, it’s a real injustice to the entire establishment. I can’t express how much she went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience—it's simply remarkable! She alone will bring us back to this place. She’s a true icon and the main reason our trip was so enjoyable. Please make sure to keep Alex on your team, as she truly understands what customer service is all about!

We were at snowshoe for the GNCC races for the weekend. Ended up eating 2 meals there. Service was very slow. The cooks just couldn't get it out there. Servers were waiting on the food to come up. I saw 4 on the food line so not sure what the problem was. Dinner was small portions for the price. They had what they called wild rice that was cold, sticky, and terrible for taste. It was more like Spanish rice 4 weeks old. Two of us at the table of 5 had it with our chicken and salmon. It was Bad. Breakfast was very good but again very slow . It wasn't even a full house . Lots of empty tables.
