Caffe Cremeria Mattielli - SOAVE

Visited with family during a browse around this beautiful little town, good selection of ice creams with original flavours, recommend Orange and Ginger or Lemon and Basil amongst the standard flavours, pleasant service great value for money.

We came for drinks and ice creams. All very clean and well maintained. Ice creams tasted great and coffees were freshly prepared.

The gelati here is great and just the right texture and full of flavours. Staff is super friendly. We returned to have a coffee at the nice table outside, watching the pretty street of Soave. We also tried the crepe and it was yum. It is a lovely place to be.

My friend and I stopped in here one morning for a hot chocolate. The servers were very friendly and we were surrounded by locals visiting and reading the local paper over coffee, which I loved. The whipped cream came in a separate cup which was very cute. There is a bathroom customers can use.

Our family stopped by for a light snack in the middle of the day. We sampled many of the gelato flavors and agreed that all were equally good and representative of quality gelato. I particularly like the Amarno (cherry rum). Cappuccino was good. We would give them 3 stars for quality, 3 stars for service and because the pricing was low call this a very good value. Well worth trying.
