Feedback gevenOrder was wrong manager started yelling at me and wouldn't give a refund or credit towards the right order. Customer service is very poor go somewhere else.
I've been going to this Del Taco for years and Phyllis is truly one of the reasons I come back to this location. If she's ever had a bad day, she definitely didn't bring it into work because she has been a ray of light from drive through speaker to window every single time I've ordered. Always positive, prompt and smiling. After a long hard day at work my grumpy self can't help but be bubbly and kind back to her while she's STILL AT WORK. shout out to Phyllis and another quick shoutout to Madison working the window who was also extremely kind and receptive with my order today. Never had a bad experience here.
On top of poor service from your staff you try to buy me off with free food. That is pretty pathetic. That means your not even going to address the core issue. I don't even warrant a call ? Stuff your free food !!! Poor service !!
Ordered 2 soft del tacos and 2 chicken tacos, waited 15 mins to realize they haven't even made it, the lady was kind and assisted the situation quickly
They have gone so downhill it's not even funny I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes before I even got to order and after I ordered it was another 10 minutes. Then they were out of chili fry bags they had to stick my chili fry in a medium bag sideways...they really need to get it together!!!!
