I had the tinga deep fried quesadilla topped with lettuce, sour cream, and the best green salsa. Super tasty, hot, and delicious. Will make this a regular stop for sure. Not to mention how nice the owner was made us feel like family
This review is regarding their food truck in San Jacinto located on the side of the main road to Soboba Casino. I stopped twice to make sure that the first visit was just possibly an off-day. No, it was not. I truly do not know what kind of food that they serve here. The ingredients that they serve here have the most unappetizing/nasty taste. Pictures of the food on the board are really bad photos of what they offer. They also do not explain well what the heck the dish is. Prices on a board for all to see is appreciated by customers and is a big plus when this is done but it is not. The truck had a strong rancid smell about it and I should have walked away when I detected this but I did not. Due to the overuse of the oil it made it the worst tasting food I have had off of a food truck. After a couple bites I threw it out the window and hopefully the animals ate it. I feel bad about the money spent/wasted. Location is actually good and parking is easy but even if you are desperate for food late at night , PASS. They really need to think this food truck thing through. If they are wondering possibly why they are falling short of costumers...simply, the food is slop and standards are low.
