Whataburger - Socorro

Whataburger on Alameda and Horizon usually is pretty good at what they do. And I'll go back but this Wednesday they were off their game ... Went thru the drive thru and placed my order, paid , scooted up to the next window. Was told to move ahead, all normal. But then waited and waited, the people behind us and in the B line were getting their orders. But not us finally came out and the young man asked us what was your order? Went back in and then came out with an order. But it wasn't ours , he went back in and came out to tell us our order had got lost ... How does that even happen in a world of tech and computers? Anyway we finally got our order and a free large shake. All's well that ends well ?

Have them grill the jalapeños onions on any sandwich. The sandwich will be amazing!

Been wondering what’s the hype because this place is always packed line always wrapped around. Got the double burger add cheese extra mustard it was delicious! I get it ,I get it now haha :

Avoid this whataburger at all costs. Order was wrong time and time again. Craving these burgers just to get home and missing items and wrong on everything else. No quality standards here and no one cares. Worst service too. This is seriously the worst whataburger I've been to. Go down the street to a different one.

I hardly ever get my order right and they seem ro be bothered when told about it . no customer service at
