Great food. especially the goulash. faster and friendly service. beautiful view. will definitely be back for more.

Well worth visiting this cosy,compact little restaurant.Lots of character but very popular indeed so possibly try and avoid peak times.Seating area inside and outside.. Easily accessible off a blue run.Enjoy.

You have to visit this place.Take gondola from motorcycle museum and then blue 38 which is a nice cruise blue and you pass this place.Well you won't pass it its incredible.Small wooden rustic restaurant with tremendous character.Very cosy inside with open fireplace.Homely and welcoming.Didnt...actually eat here but stopped for drinks.Next time we will eat here.A dream of a place.Brilliant.

The boss of this hut is arrogant, rude and doesn't care about us customers. We were two walkers making use of the lovely new lift to meet our skiing friends and although the food was good and the hut is lovely, our visit was spoilt...by the manager's attitude. Be aware too that the walk is steep. Bring walking poles and allow 20 minutes for a slither down from the lift station. There is a skiddoo but only for emergency .

Like cheese? Like meat? Then you'll love Kirchenkarhutte. Open fire, platters of cured meats, cheeses and pickles, goulashzuppen, slightly bonkers chap running the joint, what's not to like? Unfortunately the thing not to like is a few people smoking inside. Like stepping back to the...70s and took the edge off. Cracking blue run down so no challenge for your lunch legs!
