The restaurant is operated by the Foundation of Social Change and Inclusion and is a social enterprise restaurant. Apprentices from the House of Opportunity program operated by FSCI get the opportunity to learn the abilities of the restaurant in the kitchen and in front of the house. The restaurant was sponsored by Rotary International, District 1100, West of England eClub and Sofia International RC
