Royal Thai - Sofia

One of my absolute favorite places to eat in Bulgaria. Every time I go there I immediately order the vegetarian spring rolls and pad thai both of which are to die for. I've ordered many different dishes over the years and all of them were extremely delicious. Perfect place to dine in or to get take out from.

Had beef with fried basil, got the food very fast and a very full plate. Very tasty, the beef was excellent. Good service but no proper beers that is only drawback, could offer IPA. Clean and nice place, highest recommendation.

The restaurant is very centrally located, staff is polite and service was quick. I enjoyed my food and appreciated that you can chose the spicy level.

I really wanted to try something new and I’m so happy I decided to visit Royal Thai. I’m not an expert at the Thai cuisine but I can wholeheartedly say that the Curry and Pad Thai were delicious. The service was fast and kind. We were explained all about the dishes and weren’t rushed in choosing at all. I couldn’t have asked for more. Though the tables for 2 aren’t big, the atmosphere is wonderful. Yes, you can pay only cash but I don’t think that’s a problem since when you make a reservation and when you enter the restaurant, they make sure you’re aware of this. Around dinner time 7/8 o’clock the restaurant was full and thus I advise to call in advance so that you don’t miss out on a great experience.
