The food was excellent whoever the price you pay to eat on the paper table cloth it's strange They add 10% service charge to the credit card on top of the bill which is not common and they are not per friendly like most of the restaurants with garden in Sofia Definitely you can find same food quality without the above

Noon time tradition of the whole team was to have lunch in Ventana. Two days ago we asked on place if a small dog can be taken with us to the outdoor garden of the restaurant. We received clear confirmation that we can. Today visiting the restaurant with the Pomeranian we faced the aggressive attitude of the waiter Toni chasing us roughly away. As of today I can say that this is No Pet and No Human friendly place. Please correct the attitude to customers and clear define Restaurant rules.

We had a great time there. Two couples spent few hours, testing few Appetizers, the best one was tongue with butter and mushrooms, afterwards four different salads, two main courses, and 4 deserts at the end. A great three hours spent there! We loved the atmosphere around us, and was happy with the service that we got at the end. So we are going back there for sure!

The restaurant was very good a couple of years ago. Today we were the FIRST people coming for lunch. There were no other customers. I had to wait over 35 minutes for my grilled fish and potatoes, while customers, who came 10-15 minutes after us, were served similar dishes from the grill, before us. Not to mention that all tables had Reserved note. If you don 't confirm that you have a reservation, you are asked if you are coming for a lunch. It looked like that if you wanted to take just a drink or coffee, you 'd not be admitted. As we were accommodated to a table for two, right next to the door, I had the chance to count that only 3 groups of customers had reservations, and about 8-10 were admitted after confirming they are coming to have a lunch. The food was ok, though.

Wen't for a dinner and evrything was just great. Friendly staff, comfortable venue, fireplace for the winter months, not very rich but spot on menu list. Great place!
