Engaging with his artisan work is truly unforgettable. Personally, Patrick is extremely warm and charismatic.
Wow we cannot say enough about Patrick and his team. We were blown away by every aspect of him and his team! Amazing presentation, professionalism and the quality was out of this world! Words cannot express how thankful we are for Patrick and cannot wait to have him and his team back at another event!! WOW! Wish we could give 100000 stars.
We had our kids, significant others and my parents in for the holidays. We had wanted to do something fun and different for dinner one night and after some research decided to reach out to Chef Patrick from Sushi Florist.He really did a great job with my wife figuring out the best way to do the event and a menu that everyone would love.He arrived right on time and you could tell he does this a lot. Everything was so meticulously organized and arranged.He setup in our kitchen and everyone immediately was mesmerized watching Chef Patrick and Tiana preparing the meal.Every dish was super delicious. The fish was so fresh, and the creative combinations of fish and sauces was really great. He’s a real artist!And my wife who is a clean freak said that they left the kitchen even cleaner than when they had arrived.We’ll definitely be making this meal part of our new holiday tradition.

Hired Sushi Florist for a private house party with friends. Choosing the menu was easy, Chef Patrick Giles and crew showed up right on time, set-up and created the best sushi dinner ever. 12 course meal was ridiculous start to finish. Can't thank Chef Giles enough!
