Feedback gevenInteresting observing the staff prep orders, as it seems, they show blatant, disregarding the delivery drivers. The amigos work hate them, as I saw how they interact with food suppliers. A driver said, "This place hates Door Dash driver and intentionally commands? His order was finished and the Latina behind the counter took a few minutes to give it about the knowledge that he was waiting. She thinks that the driver suffers what he does in a way, but the customer also pays the price for cold food. After seeing this behavior, I will not come back.
Staff never really smile or seem happy. My Burgerbunker was stale. The food was too salty. The pommes were old and chew. Besides the same Habit experience... and it's not a habit.
For years at many locations to Habit. This place is the worst in terms of customer service. I have brought the BLONDE OLDER COUNTRIES to the TIP of HER NOSE THEN CONTINUE to MAKE ICE CREAM CONES for ABOUT 3 CUSTOMERS. Then she walks around and took something on the floor with fingers touching floor?.again don't wash her hands and went back to food appetizer area. It's not unique to this facility, but always sick to see how it happens. ll deny it and manager will cover for them. Slowly, no greeting by employees or managers? in blue shirt. I see the same baldness working here. Typically in acidic mood, probably hates to serve customers, spends more time chatting with the staff. Eating is always cold on the counter. Two more customers, including me, had to ask for our food. Excuse me? Take me somewhere else. Habit is constantly biz, so my comments have won?t impact on sales, but they have won?t get my 10 again.
Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line...kept waiting to order but the Manager in the blue shirt and mustache ignored me even after making eye contact. I was fed up after he continued to ignore me so I left upset. I guess the online ordering takes priority. I will not be coming back!
This is our closest HB, and our first orders I had nothing but Rave reviews. The food was very reasonable and the steak sandwich was fantastic. Idk, what happened, but they screwed five of our last seven orders. Wrong food, cold, not bringing our food out in time? When I had to pick up the food after a curb-side order, the lady who seemed to be the manager told me that I didn't check in and was quite rude. Oh, and why can't I get ranch? Your pages are ok without ranch, but really they are taken to the next level. I noticed there was a new?opt? for contingents, what is good and remained my complaint until I was sure I missed it? But if you ask me specifically for Ranch, I should definitely get it. Btw, we stopped coming to your store for a few months because we don't get what we ordered. ll have to turn elsewhere. Very disappointed.
