Birra Brace - Solaro

Dinner with friends. I ordered a Tuscan, attracted to Chianina's burger. Onions were cold as they just pulled out of the refrigerator, the uncooked meat had become tough. Very little chips, a third of those serving in other similar and above all cold places. The only thing you save is red beer. High prices, especially in relation to the low quality found. Experience not to repeat

There is a lot to report and I am quite sad in having to do it! After having drawn the attention of the staff in the room, decision taken after 20 min from when we sit, we order and wait for more 1 hour for 2 burgers and 3 pinse. I took the Strong (200 grams of meat choice of beef with roquefort, crispy bacon, salad, tomato and Bernese sauce). So, I'm not a chef, but I ate sandwiches cooked better. The “choice of beef” was all too cooked and with a very hard crust on the outside. The “crunching” bacon was all but crispy, at the most smoked. The chips were really greasy, practically fried and put directly in the dish, in fact inevitable so! My friends really enjoyed the pinse. Beer (Maisel’s Weisse 5.2% vol) is the only thing I liked. Too bad.

Before and last time I went out to dinner with my friends (we were 6) on Saturday night. After attracting, for several times, the attention of the waiter we managed to order three pints, two burgers and a bun. The latter was the first course to arrive, after only 5 minutes. Me and the rest of my friends waited almost an hour, absurd. Besides, unfortunately, the cutlet (as seen from the photo) was raw, stumped and curled. Probably wasn't even properly thawed. The three flippers and burgers were appreciated. However, it is a pity that the contour fries were literally inherent in an oil bath and even minimally dried (I'm sorry that the photos do not see very well). I just think I'm not going back and I'm going to have to go to anyone who asks me how I found myself because if I have to spend more than 120 euros (20 euros per head more or less) I prefer to go to RoadHouse, Caronno Pertusella Brace or the Pedavena Factory.

Crazy prices for a very poor quality. The sandwiches nothing that cost on the 13/15 euros and the small pliers cost even 14 euros

Very nice, cozy and clean environment, good food and at a fair price for the quality of the ingredients. I recommend it.
