Rick Stein At Bannisters Port Stephens

The dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional. We started off with delicious fresh brown bread and smoked butter, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. The standout dish was the shellfish platter, expertly prepared and bursting with the freshest flavors. It was easily the best shellfish platter I've ever had. Overall, it was excellent value for the quality of food we received.

Great restaurant. Fresh seafood. Amazing fish fritters. Delicious dessert choc fondant. Doesn't disappoint.

My steak was cooked rare just how i like it and i find it always overcooked at other establishments but it was devine! My partner made mention his fish was the best he had eaten! We will be back:
