Excellent sandwiches, friendly staff, a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it for the quality.

We decided to try this restaurant for an early dinner, courtesy of a gift card we received, but we were quite disappointed. The customer service was lacking; the staff was unfriendly and openly complained about their tips right in front of us. To make matters worse, they got our order wrong. It's safe to say we won't be returning, especially given how expensive it was.

The new owner is incredibly nice! We've always enjoyed Jersey Subs, but after a really unpleasant experience with a very rude manager a few years ago, we decided to stop going. Recently, I heard there was a new owner, so we decided to give it another chance. Our experience was fantastic! The kitchen and dining area are CLEAN (which is a huge improvement from before), and the food quality is noticeably better than I remembered. We will definitely be back!
