Subway - Soledad

This place does not check orders to make sure they have the ingredients requested before beginning. Customers are not informed if their order cannot be completed as ordered. Instead, they make part of the order then tell you they can't do the rest as you want it, so you either have to pay for food you don't want or pay for getting nothing at all if you choose to cancel, since DoorDash pays them for orders already begun. A responsible business practice would inform the customer, before beginning any part of the order, if it cannot be fulfilled as desired, giving the customer the chance to eat somewhere else. Do not order from here using DoorDash. Go in person, if you must, or pass entirely.

Subway is always consistent but the order can possibly be missing some toppings because of how the door dash app has it set up and how subway employees usually take a build your own sandwich approach to it

This store takes advantage of not having to be watched making the food. I will never order from them through DoorDash again

I ordered a Oven Roasted Turkey for whatever reason everything was just like I ordered except, no turkey they replaced it with tuna!
