Great customer service! Well done to the F&B team! Poor customer service in the reception!Reception desk needs to work 1 shift in the restaurant to be retrained for customer service!

I booked thinking restaurant was open but wasn’t and ended having a sandwich. Not happy.

My only complain was the restaurant said they don’t open until 7pm and we had booked a table for 5.30pm. They accommodated us so no real issue, but it could have been Thank you

Sorry but the restaurant failed on all categories.1the restaurant didn't open untill7. Pm.2 the restaurant staff appeared inexperience.3 the food had to returned.
