Feedback gevenVery small dinner menu of about 3 options for mains, but good modern mediterranean food if a little on the pricey side. The steak was served with guacamole which i thought was a strange combo, but wasnt bad
We had purchased a voucher offer with an dinner at the gräfrather hof or restaurant florian, which is connected to the hotel. as an appetizer there was a gulash soup. after that there were pork roasts in old beers sauce, salt potatoes and vegetables. my wife had the 2nd variation, penne rosso with hands, rucola and parmesan. to conclude a dessert variation that completed the successful evening.
We were there on Friday to eat two and once had the dry ages filet and rumpsteak both had been fried on the spot and the wee recommendation (merlot house wine) was excellently nice and attentive staff. we are coming back
We had received a voucher for the restaurant florian at the time of the colleagues. the vouchers are only 1 year valid!The plan was to go to the first high season chic to eat two evenings. stupidly, our high season fell on a Sunday, and the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. we should have been skeptical with these unusual opening times alone.In the meantime, we have reserved a table for today (Saturday, 06.08.16). we have indicated the voucher numbers by phone so that they are longer valid, actually they would have expired on 29.07.16.Of course 18:25 we were in the restaurant. the only waiter, however, was already visibly overloaded with the few guests and other employees did not exist, so we stood out unconclusively until the waiter greeted us in broken German and offered one of the numerous free tables. a note would have been desirable for the reservation. in the price included was a drink. a sangria and a radler shouldn't need more than 5 minutes, but the waiter probably had to sort the empty bottles behind the theke.The buffet, which had been praised as rich, contained melone
This restaurant has everything you do not need for lunch with business partners. the waiter was from the stadium counter and had the feeling of a demolition entrepreneur. a Slovak white wine was served after 15 minutes of search and became a white wine from the region. original tone: we fill this here and make our label on it. Lamb, sour roast were lowest level and the Indonesian curry was at the same level.Zum ambiente: a very loud hitting entrance door, a cleansing power with an industrial vacuum, a waiter of the empty goods sorted in the customer room and a lack of expert knowledge in the environment with critique of the customers. we do not come back to the finale, as it was a embarrassing gastronomic experience to an excessive price. wein did not have to be paid, but the espresso as an apology was a catastrophe and was even calculated. every snack is better!!!
