Chipotle Mexican Grill - Solon

This Chipotle is possibly the worst in the world. Despite everything going on with monkeypox and COVID, you would think cleanliness and sanitization would be their top priorities. However, there are three to five employees who handle everything, from the food to the cash register and money, with the same pair of gloves. When asked to change their gloves, they refuse and continue working on online orders without changing them. I wish they wore name tags so I could report them. I may be just one person, but I know many others in Solon who will not be returning to this Chipotle. It's strange because I haven't been here in years, but decided to give it a try today - what a disappointment.

This Chipotle used to be one of the better ones, and my colleagues and I would visit once a week. However, in recent years, the quality has declined. The service is average, but the food is always lacking something. One day the rice may be underseasoned, the next the beans are overcooked and hard, and then the salsa is tasteless with stale chips. I can't recall a time when every part of my bowl was satisfying. When we really crave Chipotle, we make the 15-minute drive to the Twinsburg location, even though it's out of the way, because the food there is always better.

I have never had a negative experience at Chipotle until last night. Firstly, the restaurant was dirty, with food scattered everywhere. The meat in my burrito had a burnt taste and seemed overcooked, as if it had been sitting there for hours. The service was also subpar. I had a feeling that I shouldn't have eaten there before I ordered and paid, but I gave it a chance and unfortunately, my suspicions were correct. Although I typically enjoy Chipotle, I will not be returning to this location again. It seemed like everyone working there was a teenager, which left me feeling very disappointed.

That's the worst chipotle I've ever been. the rice was boiled, the whole sweet was kind of tasteless. they were sweet from fajita. the guacamole was almost completely gone, which I got the left avocado that was not even smashed. there was only one person who worked the lead and the superior, or who seemed the superior, was cleaning and working on togo orders, instead of helping the girl to work the lead. to round it off, I got sprit and it was totally out of syrup, so I spilled it out and then they were out of ice and got the last piece cola before it was also out of sirup. I don't even think they deserve a star. I'm upset, I even had to pay for this order. I'll never be back.

Not a well ran location. Staff was not enthusiastic. No music playing in lobby. Long line of folks waiting for to go orders. The quality of the food was sub par. Rice lacked flavor along with most of the other ingredients. No lettuce available. The chips were not salted. Haven’t been here in about a year because they weren’t very good back then. I guess improvements were never made!
