Longhorn Steakhouse Solon

My bartender he was great, I could tell he was a bit overwhelmed due to staff shortage. He took care of of my party along with other customers as well and he did it with a smile.The drinks were very good nice ratios, I had an Old Fashion . I surely appreciate his level of professional and care! The food was delicious and hot being brought out in a timely fashion. My only complaint is the women 's bathroom, wasn 't well kept up at all not going into details you get the picture. I enjoyed my time there! Thank you to the staff at Longhorn you all did a wonderful job !

Had a great dinner in the longhorn steakhouse with my family. we started with orders of wild west garnelen and spiced steakhouse wings. for our entrees we had the grilled chicken and strawberry salad

Great ribeye steak! the chef cooked in the kitchen to order it exactly. the mac and the cheese were delicious. I didn't want to say much more.

Decent meal at a good price. Porterhouse was tender and cooked perfectly albeit over spiced. Filet was over cooked. Potato was a bit over cooked. Salad was pretty good but diced tomato tasted off and looked old. Asparagus spears were not fresh and very over cooked. Service was good.

This location is so revolting that just the thought of it is enough. Think the dining room is dirty with cobwebs and tables that aren’t every properly cleaned? The kitchen will make you run from this building. I have personally seen bugs and trash right by food. I have seen a steak fall to the floor and be picked up and put on the grill. You can see cooks not wearing masks in the back. You can see employees wiping hands on their pants then touching food right after (if you wipe your face with your gloved hand and use that same glove to touch food, it’s now dirty, the glove does not cancel out. But they also probably don’t wear gloves that often) That not bad enough? Sit by one of the openings and you can hear yelling in the back from the manager while you try to eat your overcooked steak that they still couldn’t get right after three tries. Sit by the kitchen and you can hear him yelling to take food out while you watch the staff busy at tables.Why doesn’t he do it? I don’t want to hear that while I’m trying to eat my meal. You could burn the dining room down and this place would welcome you back with open arms (if they’re that desperate they should close) The other people you observe here is enough to make you sad. I don’t want to smell drugs or feel unsafe in a restaurant. Want to harass your waiter? Want to rack up a $200 bill and leave only $5? Want to pull an excuse out of thin air even if it’s a lie just to get free food? Then you should come here. If you want a properly cooked meal in a clean establishment that supports their employees then go anywhere else.
