People packed/buying buckets of cookies, although we did not try. I guess the owner sat in the dining area. The dining area was quite warm, but a few degrees cooler than outside, so we dined inside.
So many decisions and they are attractive to me! I especially recommend the cream puff, chocolate eclair and Napoleon. The Danish waffle is also a good choice. This place is a little far away from the visitor center, so you have to drive along the mission to get there. But every step you go is worth it!
Super delicious baked goods, especially with different flavors. It feels like making a good bakery in Denmark. The pastries were all fresh, and the variety is so big that you just want to buy and try everything behind the glass. You also have some gluten-free offers and various amounts of sweetness.
Every product we tried was delicious. The aromas and textures were all charming and the Napoleons had a light, fluffy cream that does not drink through the fluffy pastries. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything we chose and helped us to make our thoughts. It's not cheap, but they're not disappointed. Definitely worth a stop when you're in Solvang.
Super cute place and the staff is friendly!. I had the cinnamon crisp I believe it was called and that was delicious. I shared the rest of the pastries I bought with family and everyone said they were delicious! There was a line but it was well worth it, plus it moved pretty quickly.
