Rideau Vineyard - SOLVANG

Truly wonderful hospitality, Reza and Jenny made us feel at home in an authentic way. The vegan charcuterie was refreshing (wine jams were a highlight! and the Viognier was perfect for a hot day. The indoor tasting patio was very nice and cool with fans, comfortable digs. Really unpretentious and inviting grounds with lovely views of roses and vines. Will be back!

Nice winery! We sampled 10 different wines, and thought all the wines were good. Cozy atmosphere, they got indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a couple of outdoor games. They do serve food, but only until 4:00 p.m. Service was friendly and informative.

Horrible service: didnt explain well for the flights. Ordered and took way too long. Forgot our water. Too much chatter instead of service. Seems like only 1 private restroom for the entire space. Staff are also drinking. Not sure if any of this is normal as it’s my first winery, but first impression i wouldn’t come back. Place looks nice but I’d try the many others. The white wines was good, but the reds, entire table didn’t seem to like.

What a wonderful gem. The wine is delicious but the service is outstanding. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Their knowledge of their wines is impressive. Ask for Carla she was amazing with our party.

We love this winery. Lovely Bordeau style wines, relaxed vibe, beautiful grounds, and friendly and welcoming staff. They also have a menu of selected bites to compliment your tasting or bring your own picnic. Music too on selected days. Good location as well. Yes!!
