Viking Garden - SOLVANG

Absolutely delicious food and a very cozy atmosphere!

Very disappointing. The two items we wanted to order on the menu were not available, and this was a Saturday around 4 PM. So we went with alternates, including a side order of potato pancakes. We never had them before, so we were excited. When they brought them out, they were two, small, burnt looking items. They were hard to eat. We thought this was the way they’re supposed to be, until we saw them bring out some for another guest. Their potato pancake was twice the size and a light golden brown. When we were finished, we asked the waitress , if there were two different types of potato pancakes. She said no, it just depends on who cooks them. I just shook my head with disappointment when she did not even say sorry, let alone offer to reimburse us. Wont ever eat there again, and will tell our friends not to either!

I stopped by because of a group tour.Honestly, the taste of the food is just mediocre.The meat was too tough.

4 stars due to fact food is typical american cousine, burgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps. Service was good, polite, friendly, not great due to one waitress for about 9 tables. The restaurant was clean.
