Fazoli's In Stevens Po - Somers Point

We had a great meal and service was spot on. Gail S. was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave a 4star because I don't like so many bread sticks given, when we order, before our food comes. Then they get cold.

The help behind the counter (Mary) was super. Very good at upsell. You clearly could tell she loved her job! Very happy atmosphere. Restaurant was clean, temperature was comfortable. Asked several times if we needed breadsticks.(I’ve been at other Fazoli’s that never asked once). This store is top notch. Employees all worked very well together as well. One employee had finished what she was doing and to keep busy she started cleaning another area. I heard Mary thank her. So nice!

We love the friendly, experienced lady at the counter with the white hair who has the lovely smile. She 's always so nice and welcoming!!!

Food was great and there was good customer service! Mary was excellent and very nice she had great customer service

The lady looked like she was falling asleep not taking our order then didn’t hear my mom ask what she wanted then had a promo but it told my mom it was over after she asked twice the bread sticks were the only good thing will not be going back
