Dunkin' - Somerset County

Tucked away from busy intersections, major hwys, and strip malls. Even though it is in a shopping center this might be one of the few if not the only Dunkin’ where we would stay and sit outside on the lawn to enjoy the scenery while having our coffee and donuts/munchkins ?

NEVER AGAIN. Let me start by saying I am fluent in Hindu. My espresso was stale. I asked an employee for another espresso. The manager then came to the window to ask what was wrong. I explained to him and he said monkeys always have problems in Hindu to an employee. I asked for his name, which is, Ranvir, then said Ranvir, you don 't have to worry about this monkeys service and drove away in disgust.

Honestly, if I could give a zero star review I would. My espresso tasted stale and was lukewarm at best. I asked the employee at the counter if it would be possible to remake it because it was just that awful. To my surprise this was the manager and they told me “Oh well” and to just “deal with it.” Dunkin is me and my family’s favorite place! But this location here, has ATROCIOUS management. Higher ups should really reevaluate the “manager” here.

Always good, always friendly, and always going there for coffee.
